These are so easy and are yummy! I got this recipe from my dear stepmom Jean Ann. Thanks Jean Ann!
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 cup sugar
Mix and drop by spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees until done.
(If I use 400 degrees, my oven tends to burn the bottoms.)
I was told not to double the recipe, but one can make several batches. ENJOY!
